How to report absence during the festive period?

Please note that there is limited office coverage over the festive period – any absence related queries during the period 24 Dec to 3 Jan should be referred to Crew Control directly on the Crew Support App (Crew Bot) in the first instance or via the crew control phone number +35312480557. For Base Manager queries, these will be answered when the office reopens on 3/4 Jan, for any urgent queries please contact Operations control or the Duty Pilot as appropriate.
